Is your Public Sector HR team equipped to lead change?

OVERVIEW
HR leaders are tasked with creating and recreating organisations ready to deliver tomorrow’s strategies by embracing new systems, skills, governance requirements, insight needs, products and services.

The need to lead change is not a new one, but the winning approaches that successful organisations are employing often are. These approaches cannot be cut and pasted from one organisation to another, but the thinking and process behind them can be understand and applied to all organisations tasked with a transformation agenda.

Tim Pointer speaks at Breakfast Round Table, is your public Sector HR team ready to lead change, with Veran Performance

GUEST SPEAKER – Tim Pointer

Global HRD, Founder of Starboard Thinking, and Chair of Judges for the Business Culture Awards, Tim Pointer kicks off the first of our sessions asking whether your team is equipped to lead the necessary organisational change?

Drawing on his own international HRD experience at Pentland, Diesel, Maxxium and Dixons Carphone; consultancy work at Starboard; and insights gained from his experience judging the CIPD and Business Culture Awards, Tim will share the HR strategies that are successfully transforming businesses to be future-fit, and how today’s HR teams are leading this change.
