How did you get to where you are now?
From Retail Banking working as a manager, sales, international and private clients, to a secondment into a facilitation role which led to 3 Heads of Learning & Development roles across banking, law and beauty. Finally I have landed as Global Head of Talent, L&D In alcohol!
What is the best thing about your job?
It's a blank canvas- allows creativity and innovation.
What’s the worst/ hardest thing about your role?
It’s a blank canvas- everything has to be sold in to the exec board and everything is started from scratch.
What is the biggest challenge facing UK business right now?
Answering the Brexit question, planning for Brexit.
Does HR have a role to play in addressing it?
Integral I would say! With advice from Legal.
