Prior to Clearscore, Kirstin was the People Director at BBC Worldwide; the commercial arm and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), employing approximately 1800 employees, across 14 countries.She is a member of the Worldwide Executive Committee.
