Polly is currently a Talent Attraction Consultant for Targeting Talent Ltd. For the last 8 years Polly has worked at C-Suite level on a global basis, building strong and trusted relationships with CEOs and their teams. In her most recent role, she worked across EMEA looking after the 4000 people who work for Wunderman in the region.
Polly has a personal commitment to women’s leadership development, particularly in the Tech sector, along with experience of mentoring and building programmes in this area also!
