Siobhan Sheidan is currently Civilian HR Director at Ministry of Defence. After senior roles in the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) & Job Centre plus, Siobhan joined the NSPCC as their people director where she has responsibility for over 13,000 staff and volunteers. In her spare time Siobhan, a fully qualified coach, mentor and CIPD professional, heads a number of boards and charities!
