Frank Douglas is currently CEO of Caerus Executive. Formerly the respected & Dynamic HR Director at Misys, TFL, Shell & BT, Frank worked for one of the world’s Top 10 ‘turnaround’ CEO’s. He is the only HR Manager ever to win the coveted BT Quality Award., and was voted one of the UK’s most influential HR Executives. Frank is clearly a big deal in the world of HR!
